We were approached by a client with a request to finalize a store started by a previous developer. Of course, it's not customary for us to discuss previous developers on a project, but... We have an unfinished website, in which we have invested several thousand dollars, the site does not work, it does not bring money.
What did we get? The client provided us with a design in Figma and FTP access to the site.
After reviewing what we received, it was clear that the site was not finished. This is the worst thing you can do. Because everyone does things differently, each company has its own standards.
So, here we go. We improved the design according to Figma, fixed all the pages.
We helped the client understand the structure of the site and how to work.
We also installed and configured several plugins that help the client company work comfortably.
