Background
As a student, Mykola was already trying to develop his business.
Although his specialty was called something different from website programming, he was very interested in it.
Some of his teachers took a liking to him and helped him develop.
A custom CMF written by like-minded guys
It was summer, the end of the university session. We opened an office with like-minded people, bought tables and chairs. It became hot. Since it was impossible to customize the premises and spend money on renting a room, we decided to buy a mobile air conditioner.

At that time, the guys were still activists of one of the NGOs. In short, the work began!
The task
The most important thing was to create a database of fraudsters that contained phone numbers, card numbers, and email addresses of fraudsters. Along with the card number, we could also get the name of the recipient, which was probably the fraudster. We can talk a lot about the methods of detecting fraudulent schemes, so this is not the point here.
At the same time, we were writing a blog about what not to do when shopping online. We wrote several interesting articles.
The downside of an active civic position
The guys were being tracked down. Somehow they found all the information about the activists, tried to threaten them and spread information about them. But they survived, and the resource continues to work.
What has been realized?
The most important things have been implemented:

2. Data output (fraud records and comments) with administrator moderation.
3. Administration system (administrative panel).
4. Fully self-service administration and authorization system.
5. Captcha and Google Analytics
